This project focused on OBC matteres and proper installation of power controls and air conducts in commercial buildings. The office space takes place on a building in downtown Toronto where renovations were required for better understand and planning within Ontario’s matters. All the equipment and light appliances were classified and selected following realistic quotes and specifications. In addition to mechanical charts and information, OBC tables and analysis was required.
